We can not guarantee the restaurant will make your special requests, add free extra items, or even that they will include all your food items. In our short amount of time we have, we will take a quick scan of items to try and help the restaurant catch missing items, but due to the fact many of the items come in sealed boxes that are opaque (not transparent) or full of hot steam we can not see through, and which we are not allowed to open, if by chance they forgot to make something, it is up to you, the customer, to let them know that they forgot an item. We recommend you take a photo of your order for your records. Again, we are not to be responsible for missing items. We have to operate this way to keep our prices and services intact. Please ask for a restaurant credit if this occurs by calling the restaurant. We are not able to return to the restaurant as we will already be moving on to the next customer time slot.

If you add items at the last minute, and it goes over the package your purchased, now worries.  I will send you a Paypal invoice to pay the difference.  Typically before the end of the day. midnight PST time.  If you need to get a refund or cancel an order please do so by 11:59 pm PST the day before the delivery day.  If not possible please text us at 503-754-3446 and notify us with your full name and the restaurant you were ordering from before we arrive to the restaurant (our refund deadline), and remember to also cancel your order with the restaurant!   We don't work for the restuarant, we work for you!  Text is best for us, as we can keep moving and keep everyone happy with timely orders!
